We are noticing that more and more makeup artists (@makeupbymario, @aniamilczarczyk, @patrickta) are giving their clients a more organic, bare look and we kinda love it. A couple years ago “ the look” was cut intense cut crease darkness, winged eyeliner, a heavy contour, glitter, and bold dull lipstick. That’ s not really the case anymore. We’ lso are observing a lighter eye look, including minimal wimpernbetonung, highlighted cheekbones, ungroomed brows, and glossy nude lip area. The way we see it, this new trend leaves all of us more time to have FUN and less time in front of the mirror.

The past couple of years happen to be included in short, fresh cuts but it seems that mermaid tresses is making it’ s way back to the spotlight! Along with celebrities like Kim Kardashian, Chrissy Teigen, and Jennifer Lopez, long hair is being flaunted more and more on the red carpeting and we love it, because who doesn’ t love lengthy beautiful hair?!

For 2017 Golds, Browns, and Grey shadows are encouraged to be left within the drawer while bold colors should be picked up such as lemon, pinks, greens, and blues. It’ s nothing as well intricate that incorporates other shades, just simply a smudge of color blended out a bit, and POOF! You’ re finished, trendy, and so 2017. Some great products that provide daring shades are the Urban Decay Electric Palette, City Decay Full Spectrum Palette, & ColourPop Eye Dark areas.

We couldn’ t end up being happier about this trend because hello?! Uma Thurman, Joan Jett, Bridget Bardot, Bettie Page? ICONS. Bangs identified for years and for a good reason. They enhance longer locks plus help diminish larger foreheads. With so many variations, it’ h easy to find a style that could work for you. I mean, do we really have to explain any further?

If we know anything, we know that contouring is OUT plus luminous skin is IN. It isn’ t about concealing the flaws anymore, but more about enhancing your functions, and we fully support that positivity. This look can be achieved simply by grabbing your highlighter or strobing products and applying these to your cheekbones, brow bone, lips, and bridge from the nose. Sweeping these main areas will ensure that your greatest features POP and that you are current with all things 2017.

Whether it be broches, bobbi pins, metallic rings, beaded headbands, or mind wraps, more is more when it comes to hair in 2017. A lot of designers sported this new trend on their runways like Tommy Hilfiger, Marchesa, Gucci, Armani, ect.

Blurry, smudged lips are SO IN for 2017 and exact perfect are so out. To get this look all it takes can be dabbing your fingers in a lip color and pushing it on in dabbing motions over the top and bottom part lip. WAHLAH! You officially have smudged lips and therefore are on trend for 2017.

Lighter locks are a big development for this upcoming year. Whether you’ re beach golden-haired, platinum blonde, or honey blonde… any shade a person sport is IN. If you do brighten up your mane, you’ lso are in good company. Many celebrities rock their exotic tresses like Poppy Delevingne, Blake Lively, Gwen Stefani, and Kylie Jenner. We are all for this trend because all things considered, blondes have more fun.

Metallics have been upon trend for a while now but 2017 is really putting a good emphasis on them and we love it. We’ ve been realizing that artists, influencers, models, and designers have been using the chrome inspired shades to the top of the lid and also the lower lash line. Some great products to help achieve these types of metal inspired looks are Pat McGraths METALMORPHOSIS Sets, Stila Foil Shadows, YSL Full Metal Shadows, Ben Ford Cream and Powder Eye Color, and Makeup Nerd Foiled Shadows.

No matter which development you try this year, make sure to tag us and allow us to see your look! We can’ t wait to see a person rock these awesome fads. #ABA
