Dior Diorskin Nude Air Ultra-Fluid Serum Foundation Review
HOW IT LOOKS/FEELS:
The fancy frosted bottle comes with a glass dropper that dispenses a thin, milky, tinted formula. It feels almost slippery as you apply it and provides light to medium coverage (but layers beautifully should you need to build up for fuller coverage).
WHY WE LIKE IT:
Everything about this makeup/skin-care hybrid is luxurious, from the fancy glass dropper down to the silky formula, which happens to be packed with a bundle of skin-loving plant oils, antioxidants (like cranberry oil and rosemary leaf extract), and moisturizing hyaluronic acid—a nice treat in a foundation. All those oils and hyaluronic acid make for a seriously hydrating, luminous-looking base, instead of the chalky, cakey feeling you get from similarly milky formulas. But despite the ultrathin texture, the pigment offers impressive coverage, disguising redness and unevenness without screaming “foundation.” One tester layered the formula to build up coverage (enough to hide dark circles around her eyes), and she said her skin still felt bare but looked absolutely flawless. Just make sure to give the bottle a good shake before you apply it, as the oils and pigments in the formula tend to settle when left standing.
