Halloween outfits Inspired by Snapchat Filters

Halloween is on us and every year pop culture delivers a handful of outfit options to recreate.

Many people are changing out their ordinary costumes for some fun face artwork and costume makeup and this year, a huge trend could be the ever popular Snapchat filters! With so many filters to choose from, the options are numerous, so here’ s a few of my faves:

The first ever original filter is a multi-colored, fun option to recreate and will have people recognizing your own costume instantly! This specific filter was the most popular when Snapchat first introduced filters, so it proves itself as an excellent go-to costume! All you need is little face paint, red blush, white eye liner + mascara to complete the appearance.

The most complementary filter of them ALL is the golden butterfly filter, therefore it makes perfect sense why this costume makes a great option. A beautiful soft makeup application and a DIY butterfly headpiece should be all you need to nail this look!

Another easy and glam snapchat costume is the rhinestone filter with gems embellished all around the eyes! The only additional material needed for this fab look is stick upon gems, easily found at any arts & crafts shop. Careful placement around the eyes, and brows will have a person looking filtered to perfection!

For a lot more adorable costume, the doe eyed deer filter is really a total winner!

Mostly comprised of brown, dark, and white face paint, the only extra materials required are some DIY deer ears. This costume is simple, enjoyable, and totally cute!

With so many Snapchat Filter systems to choose from, the choice is all yours! Step outside of the box from your traditional Halloween Costumes and you’ ll find that a little encounter paint & makeup will go a long way!
