Let us introduce you to the new Becca Bronzed Amber Shimmering Skin Perfector. This is not your regular highlighter. It’s Becca’s first-ever bronzing highlighter. What does that mean? The company took two of its best-selling Shimmering Skin Perfector shades (Opal and Topaz) and its best-selling mineral blush (Wild Honey) and merged the three into one beautiful Frankenstein creation. And mixing highlighter and blush proved to be a genius way to provide a unique glimmer: On skin, it looks like the lovechild of a light contour and a subtle highlighter. Pretty, right? Becca says that the bronzer-highlighter combo is best used with your skin tone in mind. Since Bronzed Amber shows up darker on light skin, the artists at Becca suggest the fair complected use it as a contour along the hollows of their cheeks. For medium-toned complexions, Bronzed Amber will work really well as a blush, and for darker tones, it’s a perfect rich highlighter. (Of course, this doesn’t mean you can’t use Bronzed Amber however you damn well please.) We think it would make an amazing eyeshadow, just sayin’. And there’s good news if you want the new Becca Bronzed Amber Shimmering Skin Perfector, like, yesterday. It’s on sale on the company’s site for $38.
