The newest Urban Decay Afterdark Palette is Like a Treasure Upper body of Jewels

It’ s been a few weeks since coming from heard from Urban Decay. And just when I was starting to wonder what the brand has in store for us, the Metropolitan Decay Afterdark palette appeared on my Facebook give food to in all of its jewel-toned glory. While the cult-fave beauty brand name has had some major launches this year, including their Naked Ultimate Basics Palette and Full Range Palette (covering every color of the rainbow— literally), their latest creation is like an upgraded version associated with Moondust . In fact , it might be so beautiful I’ve already bumped down a few products on my Christmas list to make room for this prominent kit.

The palette contains 10 vibrant shades which all appear as if they were lightly lead with a bit of fairy dust. According to their post, the particular palette was inspired by “late-night rendezvous” in mind, which might explain some of the eery names like Druggie and Immobilized. While their names may be a little off-putting Druggie is a pretty purple just like the brand’s signature color, and Immobilized is a shimmering navy blue. The palette furthermore includes Supersonic (a metallic burnt red) and Backfire (a metallic burgundy)— both great shades to help you recreate the on-trend maroon eye look . Addititionally there is Off Duty the neutral metallic copper which would work great day or even night. However , Fringe a metallic teal is what instantly caught my eyes. I have yet to try a metallic shade of that character, but this palette may just have me stepping away from my comfort zone.
