Victoria Beckham's Estée Lauder Collection Is What Makeup Dreams Are Made Of
Victoria Beckham has been in the spotlight for 20 years, which has taught her a thing or two about beauty. Along the way, she’s learned the tricks of the trade from some of the industry’s best makeup artists, including Pat McGrath, Val Garland, and Charlotte Tilbury, according to Vogue. The designer, mother of four, and former Spice Girl is taking what’s she’s learned into her next project, a limited-edition makeup collection with Estée Lauder. The brand released the first photos of the collection this week.
“I am thrilled to be launching this limited-edition makeup collection with Estée Lauder,” said Beckham in a statement. “The whole process has been both inspiring and eye opening. From going back and revisiting the Estée Lauder archives through to working on the product with the Estée team, this feels like the perfect makeup partnership for me and my brand. I had long admired Estée Lauder the woman, and the powerful brand that she created, so I am excited to offer both of our customers this makeup range and play a small part in her vision for women.”
The 14-piece line is broken up into four mini collections that evoke four cities: London, Los Angeles, New York City, and Paris. Expect L.A. to be “strong, youthful, and fresh” and London to be “a bit edgy, a little bit rock-’n’-roll,” Beckham told Vogue. The line will also include a limited-edition portable lighted mirror, according to WWD. The entire collection—with prices that range from $30 to $1,200 for a special-edition box—will debut in the U.S. and in the U.K. on September 13 on esteelauder.com, victoriabeckham.com, and at select retailers, including Bergdorf Goodman. If you’re dying to see the products at work, you can get an early glimpse of what’s to come on the runway at the designer’s New York fashion show two days before the release.
